Song Services and Orchestra

Each Sabbath (Saturday), we have song service from 9:30 – 9:45 AM, and again from 10:50 – 11:05 AM. In addition to the congregational singing, we have an orchestra which plays during both song services. Our orchestra includes violins, viola, cellos, clarinets, trumpet, trombone, oboe, glockenspiel, piano, and organ.

During each church service, we have a special musical number by a vocalist, instrumentalist, or our church choir.

Hymn Sings

Concert Series

Mountain View SDA Church has a dynamic concert series each year. Admission is free and all are welcome. Past vocalists who have performed in our concert series include The King’s Heralds, Message of Mercy, The McDonald Family Singers, Steve Darmody, Jaclyn Huse, and others. Instrumentalists include renowned violinist Jaime Jorge, harpist Lira Schmidt Cady, pianist Krisjon Imperio, piano duo Table for Two, violinist Michelle Liechti, pianist Christopher Dellen, and more. After each concert, delicious refreshments are served.

Our concert series runs fall through spring, taking a brief break in the summertime.
